OFFICE USE & ACCESS

All STANFLES REALTY offices are corporate owned and branded.  In each office will be PCs with Internet access, WIFI, photocopy and printing machines.   Corporate office meeting rooms are for official use purpose only and not for personal non real estate related work.

 

       HQ DOWNTOWN LA

1. To enter Downtown LA office 1st time, USE and RETURN access card to lock box next to mail box.  Code is 9012.  Pick up your personal door access card in the office Broker Tray after you enter the office.   Give broker the envelope number you picked for activation.

2. All Office PC password is srr90012

3. Parking at Downtown LA office is FREE M-F 5pm -2am.   FREE WEEKENDS. NOTE:  Parking is free only for visitors of residents in the building (New Policy), so we have a few residents friends whom you can use their name and unit number when entering the parkade.  These names and unit numbers are in the broker tray right of main door, on post card mails.  Memorize the name/unit number.  Eg:  Kiev from Unit 303

       IRVINE - NEWPORT BEACH 

1. To enter SR IRVINE-NEWPORT BEACH office, park in the basement, access code is 3072, go to the 4th floor, there is the conference room in 420.   STANFLES OFFICE is opened when the broker is around.

2. Wifi is Srr90012@@

3. Parking at SR IRVINE - NEWPORT BEACH office is FREE.  No overnight parking.

 

 ​Please note that due to COVID, we only use the SATELLITE ADDRESS for ALL agent correspondence, Escrow and client communications.   It is the Agent's responsibility for any delay if mail is sent to the HEAD OFFICE instead of the IRVINE -  NEWPORT BEACH office.
